In the oil and gas industry, vapor recovery equipment is used to capture natural gas for processing into a useful, profitable product. In many cases the “low value” methane / ethane is destroyed while the higher value propane (C3+) gases are captured.  3-Phase Oxidation is a perfect compliment to work in tandem with many VRU systems to destroy the lower value associated gases without the need for flares.
